Q: What’s your deal?
A: I’m moving home from East Asia to the U.S. in October and I’m hoping to hit my first major goal weight of 175 by the time I leave. I’m a former dancer, love yoga and pilates, and I’m trying to make myself like running enough to do a 5k — I’m nowhere near ready yet but maybe next spring! I don’t have access to a gym where I live (in a rice paddy) so I’m always looking for creative new workouts that don’t require anything more than a yoga mat.
I’ve been trying to lose weight off and on for years but I’m hoping that by making my challenge public, I’ll be more accountable to my goals! I’ll be using this tumblr as a place to collect inspiring photos, follow other (healthy!) thinspiration blogs, and keep track of my progress. Thanks for reading!! xo
Q: What other fitness tools do you use?
A: I use LoseIt to track my caloric intake and exercise (I’d love to have more friends on the site, i.e. not zero, so lmk if you use LoseIt too!). I’m a big fan of Blogilates and Tiffany Rothe for workouts.
